Colette is the owner and manager of Meadows. Colette has a BA in Early Childhood Studies and has completed Early Years Initial Teacher Training.
Amanda is the deputy manager at Meadows and is also the joint key person for the Buttercup class, working alongside Sam. Amanda holds a National Vocational Qualification (Level 3) in Early Years Care and Education and Integrating Montessori Practice (IMP) qualification. She also has a Forest School Programme Leadership Qualification and runs regular Forest School sessions. All of Amanda’s four children attended Meadows.
Jess the joint key person for the Bluebell class, working alongside Jenny. She holds a National Vocational Qualification (Level 3) in Early Years Care and Education. Jess is Deputy Head when Amanda is absent.
Jane is the joint key person for the Poppy class working alongside Aimee. Jane holds a National Vocational Qualification (Level 2) in Early Years Care and Education and has worked within the childcare sector for many years.
Aimee is the joint key person to the Poppy class, working alongside Jane. Aimee holds a National Vocational Qualification in Levels 2 & 3.
Sam is the joint key person for the Clover class working alongside Lucy. Sam holds a National Vocational Qualification (Level 3) in Early Years Care and Education.
Jenny is the joint key person for the Bluebell class working alongside Jess. Jenny holds a National Vocational Qualification (Level 3) in Early Years Care and Education.
Chloe is the joint key person for the Buttercup class, working alongside Daisy. Chloe holds a National Vocational Qualification Level 3 in Childcare. When Chloe was little she attended Meadows so is an old pupil of ours.
Daisy is the joint key person for the Buttercup class, working alongside Chloe. Daisy holds a National Vocational Qualification Level 3 in Childcare. Daisy started off on student placement and came back to work with us.
Lucy is the joint key person for the Clover class, working alongside Sam. Lucy is training towards a National Vocational Qualification (Level 3) in Early Years Care and Education.
